Commons

The game is currently confirmed to work on Quest 2 and 3. You must repeat installation for every update. After installing with either method, go to Apps, click the menu on the left, and select Unknown Sources, then Commons to run the game.

Option 1: Sidequest

Very easy if you already have it set up - just sideload the APK. It will automatically overwrite old versions. Sidequest can be a pain to set up, though.

Option 2: Mobile VR Station

1. Open this page (themaydayman.itch.io/commons) in your browser in your headset and download the APK.

2. Download and run Mobile VR Station from the Quest app store.

3. In User Profiles > Default > Advanced > File Access, set all options from "Hide" to "Show".

4. In Content Browser > Configuration Wizard > Show All Options > Configure Manage All Files, do Enable Manage All Files. Allow the app to access your files.

5. From the same settings menu, select Open Files All. Find where you downloaded the APK, and click on it. Follow the prompts to install and/or update the APK. (It may also prompt you to allow the app to install other apps - allow.)
